The meeting of the Ambassador of Armenia in Brussels with journalists

On May 27, Armenian Ambassador to Brussels Tigran Balayan met with the Armenian journalists and civil servants who arrived in Brussels as part of the "Media Development and Democratic Media-Regulation in the New Digital Era" training program.

During the meeting, Ambassador Balayan comprehensively presented Armenia-EU expanding partnership and new initiatives.

He referred to the developments that took place in Artsakh since the ethnic cleansing and the EU's approaches to the deepening of assistance to the forcibly displaced Armenians from Nagorno-Karabakh, as well as the launch of the visa liberalization dialogue, the activities being undertaken towards the European Peace Facility, the results of the trilateral meeting of April 5 and ongoing meetings.

The Ambassador also comprehensively addressed the bilateral relations with Belgium and Luxembourg, emphasizing the implementation of multi-sectoral programs and initiatives.
