Armenian wine testing in Belgium

Armenian wine tasting event was held on September 28 in the hall of the Royal Academy of Belgium organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Armenia to Belgium and commercial representative of the Republic of Armenia to EU in cooperation with the Viticulture and Winery Foundation of Armenia and “Armenian Brandy and Wine” company of Belgium. It was within the framework of the events in Belgium dedicated to the 25^th anniversary of independence of the Republic of Armenia.

More than three hundred high ranking officials from the EU and the Kingdom of Belgium, representatives of Belgian business and public had an opportunity to taste 37 best wines of 15 Armenian companies.

The event also aimed at raising the profile of Armenian wine making in the EU market, stimulating the growth of export volumes to the EU marked and finding new partners.
