The Meeting of Foreign Affairs Minister of Belgium, Hadja Lahbib, with the Armenian Patients, injured in the Explosion as a Result of the Forced Displacement of the Armenian Population of Nagorno-Karabakh

“When conflicts erupt despite diplomatic efforts, suffering seems unbearable, small gestures can bring a smile to our face”, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Belgium, European Affairs and Foreign Trade and the Federal Cultural Institutions Hadja Lahbib mentioned in her post while meeting with Armenian patients Ashot and Aleks along with their family members who fell victim to the violent explosion of September 25 during the forced displacement of the Armenian population of Nagorno-Karabakh.

The meeting took place at the Boghossian Foundation, which the Minister has described as “a highly symbolic place, a place of cultural dialogue between the East and the West”.
