The Meeting of Ambassador Tigran Balayan with the Armenian patients, injured in the explosion as a result of the forced displacement of the Armenian population of Nagorno Karabakh

Today Ambassador Tigran Balayan met with Armenian patients along with their family members who fell victim to the violent explosion of September 25, which occurred during the forced displacement of the Armenian population of Nagorno-Karabakh. The patients thanked the Belgian side for their prompt reaction and effective treatment.

Ambassador Balayan informed the patients that efforts are being made to implement the interim decisions of the International Court of Justice to ensure the rights of the forcibly displaced Armenians from Nagorno-Karabakh so that they can return to their homes - under the international guarantee, and assured that no effort will be spared to implement the judgments of the International Court of Justice.
